It’s our belief that one of Jesus' primary goals was to develop His disciples so that they could multiply His values in Jerusalem, Judea, and ultimately the world. We believe the same should be true in the local church. Our services reflect the commitment to help church leadership disciple and care for their staff, as well as helping staff take a personal responsibility for their own health.
ALL-STAFF HEALTH EVALUATION
A RELATIONAL SOLUTION TO CREATE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR STAFF AND SPOUSES TO TAKE A NEXT STEP IN HEALTH.
Our All-Staff Health Evaluation is the deepest, most relational service we offer. This creates a safe place for staff and their spouses to get the help they need. Data is so important, and we believe in it, but it will never replace the benefits of one-on-one care with a neutral, trusted third party who can help staff and their spouses take next steps in their personal or professional journeys.
As one of the church staff members we cared for said, “One of the biggest struggles for those of us serving in ministry is that we tend to neglect our own spiritual care and health as we give much of ourselves to those we lead and shepherd.” We couldn’t agree more, which is why we created these health evaluations.
Our Process

Step one
We meet with church staff and spouses to assess both personal and professional well-being. Through meaningful and intentional relationships, we create a personalized care plan to support and nurture their growth.

Step Two
We present the staff and spouses their individualized care plans that clearly lay out a practical, applicable plan that contains various recommendations for them to take the next step toward health.

Step Three
After meeting with staff and spouses, we create and present an executable organizational care plan.
CHURCH PLANTER CARE PLAN
AN INNOVATIVE SERVICE FOR CHURCH PLANTING COUPLES IN ORDER TO LAUNCH HEALTHIER, MORE RESILIENT CHURCHES.
The Church Planter Care Plan is a new, comprehensive program aimed at providing emotional, spiritual, and leadership support to new church planters and their spouses over three years. This program provides personalized counseling, mentoring, and leadership development during the early phases of church planting – all in a safe environment. We desire to reduce burnout, increase self awareness, improve leadership effectiveness, and ensure the long-term sustainability of new churches.

Staff Trainings: We create and execute tailored trainings that engage, create relational connections, and have sustained impact.
Staff Days: We create and execute tailored staff days that set the table for transparency, relational connection, and actionable next steps.
Retreats: We love to partner with churches to create intentional teachings and activities that allow teams to “go deep” and capitalize on time away with one another.
