WHO WE ARE & WHY WE'RE HERE.
PHOENIX/ONE is a 501C3 that was born in 2010 with a vision to help unify the church through care and connection.
Central to the mission of PHOENIX/ONE is the prayer that Jesus prayed for the church in John 17:23 “I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.” (ESV)
The Church remains ONE when all its members are cared for, including church staff. While the Church focuses on being the extension of Jesus’ care to the lost, orphans, widows and vulnerable, often church leaders are expected to and/or left to find ways to care for themselves on their own. Our extensive research has shown that this can lead to lonely and destructive paths that negatively impact individuals, families, and ultimately, the Church as a whole.
Unity among the Church is the greatest apologetic of the love of Christ to a watching and waiting generation.
We believe that creating a safe, neutral environment for the staffs of churches to connect and find care can foster individual and communal healing and the Church can become more united as ONE.

WHAT WE BELIEVE.
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe the Church is the expression of the new community which Christ died to establish on earth. The members are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ and regularly gather for encouragement, fellowship, worship through the teaching of the Scriptures, the observance of the sacraments, and the disciplines of confession, repentance, and prayer.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
When you give to PhoenixONE, your generosity is responsibly expended to see Jesus’s High Priestly prayer come to fruition. That everyone who proclaims Jesus as Lord of their life would come together as ONE, and as we do that those who don’t know HIS saving grace will come to faith in HIM. Thanks for partnering with us, it means the world!
